Our Oscar Party is inspired by the glamorous atmosphere of Hollywood’s major awards ceremonies. Guests arrive to a red carpet, cinematic music and elegant surroundings, where the evening feels special from the very start. Film and storytelling are the natural focal point—visually, musically and in the evening’s features—and the party unfolds in step with the dinner and the awards presentations.
The Oscar Party is not about playing roles, but about being part of a beautiful theme. Famous LOOKALIKES, decorative elements and classic movie hits set the mood, while guests enjoy the evening as themselves. Along the way, small entertaining features emerge that connect the film universe with the company and make the party personal and relevant.
A central element of the Oscar Party is the awards presentations. This can take the form of a light and entertaining AWARDSHOW structure, where the company itself selects winners in categories such as Salesperson of the Year, Customer Service of the Year, Colleague of the Year, or other internal awards. It creates room for recognition, humour and shared moments—without becoming overly formal or heavy.
The Oscar Party can be put together in several layers, so the experience begins before the party itself and culminates in the evening.
As a larger activity, TEAMBUILDING WITH FILM PRODUCTION can be held earlier the same day or in the week leading up to the party. Here, participants produce their own short films in smaller teams—e.g., commercials, trailers or short scenes. The films are edited and shown at the Oscar Party, where guests vote and the best contributions receive awards during the evening. This creates a strong common thread between teambuilding and the party.
During the party itself, smaller activities such as FILM QUIZ or PHOTO BOOTH can be included as light and informal features that support the theme and add variety to the evening.
