Innovative outdoor escape room game in central Copenhagen. Use creativity and teamwork to solve the murder mystery of the killing of the Knights Templar Grand Master.
Cornelius Hagemann, the Grand Master of the Order of the Knights Templar, has been found dead in Nyhavn, and one of the 12 Templars is the murderer. The Knights Templar protect an ancient treasure, the clues to which only the Grand Master knew. Your mission is to find the murderer and the treasure. The Grand Master, who was your friendly neighbour, has left mysterious props and secret puzzles scattered outdoors across Copenhagen. By working together and using these clues, you must solve the mysteries around Nyhavn and Amalienborg to reveal the murderer.
At the start, Detective Ludvigsen introduces you to the mystery, and you will be presented with the Grand Master’s belongings. You then have 2.5–3 hours to solve tasks around Nyhavn, the harbour promenade and Amalienborg in Copenhagen. Each participant gets access to the Police Minerva database on their phone, where maps and information about suspect locations can be found. The game ends together with the detective, where the murderer is revealed and the winning team is announced, if multiple teams are participating.
The game is a combination of sights, puzzles, physical props and interactive locations. OUTDOOR ESCAPE is developed by Midgaard Event and is available exclusively with Midgaard Event in Copenhagen.
