Our Viking party is rooted in the Norse story of community, honour, and celebration. The banquet hall is staged with rustic decorations, torches, and Nordic symbols, setting the scene for an evening with an intense, vibrant atmosphere. The party is designed so everyone can take part and have fun.
For the party, the chieftain and his daughter have stopped by, and their presence is to be celebrated. Guests are seated by table and naturally become part of the community through competitions and challenges that unfold throughout the evening. It is about showing strength, cunning, and teamwork—always with a twinkle in the eye and with the focus on entertainment rather than performance.
The evening is elevated by live Viking music, as a Viking band strikes up for a shared chain dance and brings guests onto the floor. Combat shows performed by Vikings add drama and intensity and provide visual highlights. Between the larger features, small games and competitions arise, keeping the energy high and creating laughter across the tables.
The food is rustic and served in generous quantities, so no Viking goes to bed hungry, and the innkeeper and his thralls handle refreshments and service throughout the evening. The afternoon can begin with shared activities, where participants are divided into teams and challenged in teamwork, strength, and cunning. Here, for example, THE TOURNAMENT, ROLE-PLAY or ADVENTURE BATTLE can be run as an active and engaging lead-in to the evening.
17:00 – Arrival at the inn
Guests arrive in the Nordic-decorated setting and are welcomed by the innkeeper and his thralls.
18:00 – Welcome and the first toast
The evening begins with a shared toast, as the chieftain and his daughter make their entrance and set the tone for the party.
Dinner with playful service and competitions
During dinner, the food is served by the thralls, while competitions, games, and challenges between the tables take place continuously.
Music, combat, and group dancing
