In Outbreak, you get the authentic escape room experience, with a full room for each team—not just a puzzle box or small installation. The game includes both mechanical and electronic props and can be set up in meeting rooms, canteens, warehouse halls, or even hotel rooms, and teams of up to 6 participants will have the pleasure of demonstrating their skills in teamwork, creativity, and teamwork under time pressure to complete the mission within 75 minutes.

You are divided into teams of 6 and can choose between 2 difficulty levels. The game is run by our experienced actors, who introduce, manage, and guide you along the way, and finish with a festive conclusion, including an optional award ceremony for the fastest teams.
Outbreak is a challenging game. About 50% complete it within the time limit, but everyone has fun and is involved in the game.
There has been an accident in a WHO research laboratory, and apparently the infection has spread to the public. Your area has been placed in quarantine, where no one may enter or leave the quarantine zone, and since the researchers are dead, it is therefore your task to enter the laboratory and see if you can complete the cure they were working on. This requires teamwork and a high degree of creativity. If the mission succeeds, you can avoid a new global epidemic—but if it fails, the disease will spread, and in addition, the quarantine zone where you are located will be destroyed.
Outbreak can be run for up to 120 people at the same time, or even more if we run it in multiple rounds. The largest events we have held were for 360 people divided into teams of 6.
The event begins with an opening scene, where Dr. Thomson and WHO’s quarantine staff explain the horrific accident and your mission to complete the cure. You then go to your respective escape rooms, where you must solve tasks and puzzles that will continuously move you forward in the story. Finally, we will tally how many teams succeeded in the mission and announce the best times, and thus also the winning team. If no teams succeed, we can still calculate the points for each team.
Outbreak works perfectly as teambuilding or entertainment. If you wish to expand the programme, we can optionally recommend a “warm-up” with ESCAPE THE BOX or round off the day with a lighter entertainment event such as CASINO EVENT, COCKTAILBAR or a MURDER MYSTERY. If you do not have access to suitable premises, you can also experience one of our many ESCAPE ROOMS IN COPENHAGEN.

To host Outbreak, one or more rooms are required.
We set up the game indoors in conference or meeting rooms, canteens, warehouse halls, or even sports courts and hotel rooms.
Each escape room must have its own area, preferably at least 12–20 m², for example in separate breakout rooms, or we can set up partition walls in larger rooms.
Inside the room, there must be 2 tables (or one long table) and 6 chairs, as well as power outlets for our electronic props. We can also bring folding tables if needed.
We spend approximately 2–4 hours on setup and approximately 1–2 hours on dismantling. We do not necessarily need access to all rooms at the same time, as we set them up one at a time.
We ask for a back room for changing and equipment, as well as soft drinks/coffee/tea and at least one substantial meal for our actors.
