For the escape room format to work on screen, it takes more than good puzzles. We advise on dramaturgy, difficulty level, pacing, props, and how tasks are made clear to both participants and viewers. Midgaard Event can act as a sparring partner during the development phase or as a practical resource in production—from idea to finished setup.
We give talks on what makes an escape room exciting, engaging, and well-functioning. We cover the principles behind good game design, teamwork under time pressure, and how to build a story that drives participants forward.
